The incentives are listed below with their eligibility guidelines and application forms. Questions regarding the incentives can be emailed to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:tariff@seaway.ca?subject=\">tariff@seaway.ca<\/a>. <em>Definitions and further details can be found in the <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/greatlakes-seaway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/schedule_of_tolls_2026.pdf\"><em>Schedule of Tolls<\/em><\/a><em>\u00a0document.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Gateway Incentive Program<\/h3>\n<p>The\u00a0<em>Gateway Incentive Program<\/em>\u00a0offers to shippers a percentage reduction negotiated and offered on applicable cargo tolls for shipments of a specific commodity diverted to the Seaway from a competing gateway.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application Form\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/greatlakes-seaway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Gateway_Inc_Form_en.doc\">(MS Word)<\/a>\u00a0\/\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/greatlakes-seaway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Gateway_Inc_Form_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(PDF)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Service Incentive Program<\/h3>\n<p>The\u00a0<em>Service Incentive Program<\/em>\u00a0offers a rebate of 20% on applicable cargo tolls for carriers that implement a new service.
