PRE-ENTRY INFORMATION FROM FOREIGN FLAG VESSELS

The following changes come into effect immediately:

  1. The pre-entry information listed on Seaway Notice No. 4 must be faxed to the traffic control center listed below at least 96 hours prior to westbound entry of the St. Lawrence Seaway at C.I.P. 2 in Montreal.

  1. In addition to the 16 items listed on Seaway Notice No. 4, cargo must also be provided.

    The information provided to SLSDC/SLSMC will be shared for security purposes with U.S. and Canadian agencies involved in security of the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway System.
