Film Requests - Guidelines
Interested in filming on St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation property?
Requests to film or operate drones on SLSMC property are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the proposed activity, location and timing, as well as operational, safety and security requirements.
Before submitting a request, please note:
- Complete the Filming Request Information Form
- Submit your request at least 20 business days before your proposed filming date.
- A basic filming waiver fee of $1,250(excluding taxes) applies. The final fee may vary depending on the nature and scope of the request and the SLSMC resources required.
- Additional information or documentation may be required, such as proof of insurance, filming schedules, crew and equipment details, and drone certification where applicable.
- All filming is subject to SLSMC approval.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or access to SLSMC property.
