NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public annual meeting of the Members of the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. for the following purposes:
- to present annual financial statements for the financial year ending March 31, 2026 and the auditors’ report thereon;
- to elect Directors;
- to appoint Members;
- to appoint Auditors;
- to transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
Financial Statements relating to the Corporation’s operations are available for viewing at its Head Office.
