Please provide the following information on a SEPARATE SHEET for each upbound voyage via fax to the traffic control centre number listed below at least 24 hours prior initial Seaway inspection or 24 hours before westbound entry of the St. Lawrence Seaway at C.I.P 2 in Montreal:
